What happens after a deletion request?

  • The account and its tags are locked immediately.
  • Account, tag, message, scan, address, and uploaded-file data is deleted after 30 days.
  • Minimum payment and tax records may be retained for seven years as required by law.
  • Physical QR tags remain sold but can be claimed again; digital QR codes are retired.
  • Google Play subscriptions must also be cancelled in Google Play.
